All of our products exceed the Oeko-Tex Standard 100 Certification, ensuring that they are safely produced and do not contain any allergic substances. The fabric has been tested and certified to be free of harmful chemicals so it is always safe to use. 

Our mailers are made from 100% recycled content, 50% post-consumer waste, and feature a dual adhesive strip for reuse. The are also fully recyclable. 

For best results, we recommend washing all of our products before use with mild liquid detergent in cold water without other items.

We currently ship everywhere in the US, including Alaska and Hawaii. We also ship to Canada, the UK, Europe, Australia, and Japan. Please make sure you select your appropriate region in our site options. 

If you are wishing to return or exchange any apparel item for a refund, please contact customer service for assistance at info@saltwatercollective.co.

*Product/s must be returned with its original packaging, with tags, and invoice, otherwise, a refund will not be issued.

Orders ship within 1-3 business days. We do not ship on the weekends and Holidays. In the event that the item(s) you purchased is pre ordered or back order, please allow up to 3-4 weeks for your order to ship. If you ordered more than one item, you may receive partial shipments. For inquiries regarding the status of your order and/or product availability please email orders@dannijo.com.  DANNIJO OFFICES WILL BE CLOSED ON  GOOD FRIDAY, MEMORIAL DAY, PRESIDENT'S DAY, JULY 4TH & 5TH, LABOR DAY, THANKSGIVING/BLACK FRIDAY, CHRISTMAS EVE, CHRISTMAS DAY, AND NEW YEAR'S DAY.  NO ORDERS ARE SHIPPED ON THOSE DAYS.
